These pointe shoe shaped Christmas ornaments are hand made from velvet,
taffeta, silk, and marabou. They can be hung as ornaments on your Christmas
tree or used to dress up your dance bag year round. They also make a wonderful
"merde" or good luck present for upcoming performances! I have made several
divertissements based on the Nutcracker Ballet. Sugarplum Fairy, Snow Queen,
Spanish, Arabian, Chinese, marzipan, Candy canes, Russian, Flowers, mice,
soldier, Clara, Fritz and of course the Nutcracker.

* Each ornament measures 8 inches long and 2 inches wide at the top.
*I can make a Afro-American one in either dark mocha or a coffee color. Just
drop me a note.
*They have a loop to hang or they can be tied to a dance bag with a ribbon.


As a ballet teacher, I have given my students who were being promoted to
pointe shoes one of these to hang from their dance bags. When ask if they could
