This listing is for a single handmade miniature model of a Westie. This
sculpture is needle felted by hand around a fine wire skeleton. Needle felting
is the art of creating sculptures from sheep’s wool by repeatedly stabbing it
with a barbed needle until the fibres knit together into a firm but soft wool
shape. In the case of this cute little Westie, longer fibres of sheep’s wool
blended with silk are used for the final layer to give a naturally silky
looking coat. Each sculpture requires patience and attention to detail and
takes 1.5 to 2 hours to complete.

Your Westie will be lovingly handmade especially for you. Let me know if you
would like a little pink tongue sticking out for extra cuteness! Each one comes
out a little differently with its own personality. If you want a particular
look, for example a shorter coat I will do my best to help. However if you want
an exact replica of your pet that will take longer and be more expensive so
please place a custom request.

You can pose him/her as the legs,head and tail can be gently bent into
position. This is not a toy though and is unsuitable for small children. Rough
handling might cause the internal wire skeleton to break.
