"RING" WALL HANGING #1

This textile wall hanging was handmade using wooden curtain rings and wool and
cotton yarn. The curtain rings are from a local thrift store and are wrapped
with yarn to keep them together. Finally I added the hanging yarn, which is
kept in place with macramé knots.

The top part with the wooden rings is 45cm wide
The hanging yarn is about 50cm wide
From the top of the middle ring to the bottom it measures about 85cm long
In total (from the top of the highest ring to the bottom) it measures about
97cm long

There is no hanging thread or hook attached to the wall hanging. The easiest
way to hang it is to place it over one or two nails. In the pictures I placed
the middle ring over a single nail.

Wall hangings are wrapped carefully, but the fringes might arrive a bit messy
and need some gentle hand-combing to be put back into place.
