This is a darling crewel embroidery picture that is framed and ready to hang.
It shows a Dutch couple in love, facing backwards with their arms around the
other and looking at the bluebird in the tree. There is no glass.

The frame measures 18-1/2"H x 14-1/2"W x 3/4"D. It is medium tone wood frame.
The fabric is light blue/gray and it is mounted tight in the frame. This is an
interesting and fun piece to look at as there are a variety of crewel stitches
used. This looks to be done by a proficient stitcher who took pride in their
work. I believe this is from the 1960's when crewel was a popular form of
needlework.

Condition: The frame has a few indents along all the sides. These can easily
be covered with a few dots of brown stain (I'll leave that to the buyer). You
can see an example of the indents in the last picture. The backside is covered
with brown paper and taped. It has a string hanger.

I'll package carefully and ship by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is free for
domestic buyers.
