As with all of my quilts and wall hangings, I detail quilted (or thread
painted) everything in this beautiful Spring and Summer printed wall hanging
panel. Using 6 colors of matching thread and many hours of work, I quilted in
and around every flower, stem and leaf and I quilted the blue and grey filigree
design and on both sides of the wide borders around all 8 boxes.

This fun wall quilt is made from a panel which the only way to get the
beautiful detail in all of the fun items! It measures 23 3/4" x 39".

I have included a generous hanging sleeve on the back. The binding is a
matching light brown which is sewn the traditional way; double folded fabric
sewn by machine to the front and meticulously hand stitched to the back. I knot
my binding thread every few inches to ensure a long lasting stitch.

I used Hobbs Heirloom 80% cotton/20% polyester batting layered between the
front and back cotton fabric. Fabric is 100% quilt shop quality cotton and is
washed and dried before assembling. All work is completed by me in my home
studio. Wash and dry all quilts and wall hangings on gentle cycle.
