From a local estate, this lovely handmade crewel needle work piece is
professionally framed and matted and measures close to 16 1/2" square.

The crewel work embroidery is so charming with a berry (cherries?) and foliage
center design and butterflies and a ladybug flying about. I adore this!

Estimated to date to the 1970s-90s, the framing alone probably cost the
original owners $75 or more, and the piece itself was made by a creative person
who loved the whimsical theme of butterflies.

The sweet piece is in excellent preowned vintage condition and is ready to
hang up in your home and to enjoy. It would be terrific in many types of decor
or rooms.
